Measurements

One of my biggest regrets during this journey is that before starting I didn’t take any good before and after photos (you know… the one with the sad face, the bra and underwear photo from the front, side and back?)

I also didn’t take any measurements, and I kick myself for it almost every day!
Well I have had a lot of people ask about my current measurements, and actually, since starting with my trainer I do have some concrete figures to give you over the months of training for this competition.

*Note, all measurements are in inches.

Body Fat % – 21.9%
BMI – 24.5

Right Bicep – 12
Right Quad – 22 1/2
Hips – 38 3/4
Belly – 30 3/4
Chest – 31 1/4

BMI – 24.5

Belly – 36 1/4
